CAPABILITIES
MStaT toolbox has different capabilities between:
  1. River morphodynamics and planform migration visualization.
  2. Calculate the planar statistics for individual river bends (number, sinuosity, length, --orientation, arc-wavelength, wavelength, amplitude, downstream and up-stream length).
  3. Perform a wavelet filter analysis on the river bends and outputs filtered results (curvature, angular amplitude).
  4. Classify river bends for your morphodynamics.
  5. Calculate migration rate.
  6. Estimate the confluences influences.

  • If you want to work from a finished interface, you can download a compiled version from here MStaTCompiledVersion
INSTALL
Setup
  • Download and install MATLAB Runtime version 9.0 (R2015b)m it can be downloaded from http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/index.html (You’ll need administrator rights to run MCRInstaller).
  • Download the MStaT latest version, open the folder called for redistribution and open the application (.exe archive).
  • The last version is compatible with Windows x64
